About Our Managers

One Point of Contact:

Your community will have one point of contact which means that when you call your dedicated True Point property manager will answer your phone call, text, email, or social media message directly and own your needs and provide the solution. How annoying is it to call an office and be greeted by a long list of options that direct you to several different people who toss you around and pass off your problems on someone else?

Communication our Key to Success:

We are at your service and make sure that we are available on every communication channel possible for your community. No matter your preferred communication channel (phone call, text, e-mail, or social media) your dedicated property manager will be on the other end ready to answer/respond.

Committed to Continued Learning:

True Point managers receive quarterly training through the Community Association Institute (CAI) in addition to regular training provided by our legal and insurance partners. Our managers must have at least 2 years of property management experience or a bachelors degree in a business management major. In addition, our managers must complete the M-100 certification provided by CAI. True Point Management also participates with our partners in legislation and regulatory processes to ensure that we are up-to-date on the latest legal, operational, and financial practices while ensuring that the communities we serve are being best served by the state of Utah and their respective municipalities. If we see an opportunity for a manager to learn and grow and expand their qualifications/ability to solve and prevent problems, we take it.

Versatile Team Members:

Our managers are versatile problem solvers and more importantly, problem preventers. Our managers are trained to see the problem before it happens part of this is ensuring that managers are trained across a wide array of trades related to HOAs such as landscape architecture and maintenance, swimming pools, building maintenance, financial, legal, insurance, and customer service, to name a few.
